  I have went toa Dunkin in 46 of the lower 48 and this one was great, the service was quick and accurate, staff I delt with were friendly and attentive. The only bad part is pulling out left onto Rt-1, guess we're not used to such a busy area, coffee was great.

  First time try and it was trash. My donuts was cold and old. Never again will I spend my moneyat this location.

  Awful service and manners. Save your time and just go to the Dutch Bros next-door. The lady at the window thinks she’s a cop and not a barista and feels the need to talk mess about how people drive up to the window. It’s almost as if the driver of a vehicle can see more than a worker standing at a register in a store. Get a life, thanks for making a bad day even worse!

  Very horrible customer service. That black lady doing drive through with the glasses doesn’t greet you at all. I was doordashing and it was my first time there. I get there; speak, and she proceeds to stare me down and just points towards the opposite end of the store. I asked what’s going on and she continues to point and not just tell me the food for the customer is sitting on the countertop. Very rude.

  I’m from out of town, and in my 44 years, I’ve never experienced customer service like I did at this location. I placed an online order and then went through the drive-thru, where I was told to get out of line, wait, and then come back through. No big deal—I followed the instructions. When I returned, I was told to pull forward. Once I got to the window, the employee handed out both drinks and immediately shut the window—no greeting, no “thank you,” nothing. What really frustrated me, though, is that the drinks were clearly made incorrectly. One was supposed to have just 3 pumps of sugar, but it tasted like straight sugar water. It was undrinkable, and I ended up throwing both drinks away and going to Starbucks instead. After checking the reviews, it’s obvious this isn’t a one-time issue. That’s what makes it even more disappointing—why isn’t the local franchise addressing this? I hate to say it, but this experience was nothing like what I’m used to at Dunkin’ back home. I truly hope whatever is causing this level of service improves—for both the employees and future customers.
