  Slowest most inefficient Dunkin anywhere. it’s like a bunch of preschoolers attempting to run a coffee shop. Whoever manages this place is a complete failure.

  I want to start by saying I was the only customer in the drive thru and there were no customers in the store at the time of my visit. After I ordered I pulled around to the window, I had to wait several minutes to pay because the employees were standing around chatting, once the lady came to the window to collect my payment she didn’t speak not even 1 word to me, nor did she look at me, she just held her hand out and waited for my money. After I paid she didn’t come back for 4-5 minutes and then asked me what I was waiting for like she was confused why I was still in her drive thru. I told her I’m was still waiting for my order!?! Like what do you think I’m waiting for?? She had to ask me what my order was like I wasn’t the only person visiting the store at that moment, I could CLEARLY see my order sitting on the counter next to her the entire time. Which brings me the photo I attached here, why does it look like someone took several sips out of my drink? I ordered a regular iced matcha latte, I didn’t change anything, remove anything or add anything to it so why is there so much space at the top? And to add on to that, why is my bagel burnt? I stopped going to this Dunkin several months ago but I figured I’d come back to see if the Manager has gotten their store under control yet and it appears they haven’t. This location needs new management ASAP

  Every time I go to this Dunkin they never fail to mess up my order. I get a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese and the never toast it. The never include the strawberry cream cheese nor do they place it on my bagel…

  I went to the dunkin here and they gave me a sourdough breakfast sandwich with NO BREAD. Tried calling back and no one answered ANY OF THE TIMES I CALLED. I had to call a different Dunkin to get it resolved because of the lack of response.

  My wife put in a Mobile order at this location this morning. When we received our food, we were missing an item. I brought that to the lady at the drive through window and she told me to pull up and park. After about 3-5 minutes the woman came out with the bag and just handed it to me without a sorry for the wait or sorry for the inconvenience. She had a look of being angry about do her job. This DD needs to have a better staff. Some of these bad seeds are ruining the good that some of these employees are doing. I don't know the lady's name but she is black with braids. Please have her check her attitude.
