This happened July 25 Saturday at 1:30 pm.When I got to the register, I double checked and I asked the girl does it have sparkling water? She said yes ma’am. She went in the back with my drink and was there for a few minutes. It made me worried because deep down I knew she did not ask sparkling water but wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. When I went to taste the drink, it was super flat like only water was added to it and I hated that she lied. I would have respected her so much more if she told the truth. Now I am questioning The honesty and credibility of these employees.

He finally did almost 20 minutes later!! Plus they were out of everything! Probably because he didn’t have the energy to take inventory and place orders or restock anything. I have never seen anyone so lazy! I finally had to speak up and ask him to get started on our order so we could get back on the road!! It still took another 10 minutes because they were out of brewed coffee!!! Seriously? It’s a complete joke that they ask for a tip before they make your order. I’m not tipping anyone until I see their performance and taste my drink! DO NOT STOP HERE!!!
