- UMUnbreakable MeApr 13, 20261.0Morning crew: The little girl (skinny, glasses, weird eyebrows, and weave ponytail) working this morning doesn’t need a job!! I placed a mobile order, and the door was locked when I arrived to pick it up. The lazy worker told me and two other guys to go through drive thru by pointing. Guy couldn’t even fit his truck through the drive thru. She doesn’t need a job! No customer service at all! Used foul language too! Thankfully the guy working this morning was helpful. If I wanted to go through the drive thru I wouldn’t ordered via mobile. Inform customers ahead of time before you inconvenience them. If you don’t like your job, then find one you enjoy. Stop making the customers lives miserable, because you don’t want to work. Needless, to say I will not be returning. I already expressed my concern to corporate about this location, because I know management won’t do anything! Don’t even waste your time with management. If enough people contact corporate, then real change will be implemented! Coffee was nasty anyway!
