  Ordered a large latte and when I got home I noticed they only filled half of the cup. Cashier didn’t even make eye contact with me when handing the food. Also there’s no indoor dining if that’s important to some.

  Drive thru only building. Very fast very nice staff. Food hot and good.

  I don’t even take the time to write reviews but this is ridiculous. Absolute worst location in the city. And it sucks because it is our newest one. I have never had a good experience at this location. Not only is the coffee so inconsistent, most of the time the drinks are terrible, But on top of that every last employee is extremely rude and all have worst attitudes. And all of them are teenage girls unfortunately. The terrible service even runs down to the manager with her nasty demeanor. I can’t wait for them to hurry up and replace this location with something else. It’s a complete waste.

  Giving two stars because my coffee was good but whoever you had as your cashier this afternoon (6/13/26) needs some training. No greeting at all, no acknowledgement whatsoever, nothing. Just dangling the pin pad out the window on the tip screen. Initially I was really excited to see there was finally a dunkin in this area, but I definitely will not be returning to this location. There's other options for coffee in the area and I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. Everything is so expensive these days, and if I'm going to spend money on coffee, I'm certainly not going to spend it somewhere that the barista makes you feel like a burden.

  Keeping in mind this is a new location that has the ability to grow, I would like to express my consistent disappointment in this location. The young ladies who operate the drive thru are RUDE. There are no greetings just straight “what do you want”. The people who hand you the food are also a bit unpleasant. The wait time is HORRIBLE. Regardless if there’s 20 cars or 3. I had high hopes and I do hope this place does a turn around with some better training.
