  This was the BEST PIZZA and the delivery driver was ALWAYS FRIENDLY. I started ordering from them because my husband is disabled and I am partly able to do so much. OUTSTANDINDING SERVICE, PIZZA, AND DELIVERY DRIVERS. So friendly..

  Store opens at 1030 am but at 11:13 the doors are still locked. Once I got inside was told I couldn't even order for 10 min because she still had pizzas to make on a " big order ". Either you're open or you're not. Horrible 1st impression. Horrible customer service. Turned around and walked out

  I tried to get a pizza delivered but its never showed up. I called to have it redelivered, didn’t show up again then i had to pay again and i never even got the pizza. 3 hours of waiting and no pizza to show for it.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I have NEVER had an issue with dominoes before. 2 minutes after I got a text saying that the driver was in route, the site said it was delivered. I called and the lady said to call back in 20 mins so that I could get a refund. I waited and called back just to get told there is no one that can give the refund and to expect a call in the morning..then she hung up on me before I could say anything else.

  tl;dr Domino's store messed up my order, refused to refund pizza, got corporate involved who waited 3 weeks to respond to me and then gave me a month deadline from my order, so 1 week, to respond specifically to "claim" this refund from a corporate lady instead of just issuing a refund. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I ordered my pizza online around 8:30. Delivery girl arrives around 9:15 with the wrong order and said she would go back to the store and get the correct order. Called back at like 10:00 to ask where the pizza was, employee said she had "just left" with it. Called back at 11:45 because pizza never arrived and spoke with the same employee, told me that he would refund the pizza. Called store the following day around 1 or 2 PM and guy working there said he had no way of knowing. Put in a request online for a refund with the Dominos bot, eventually get an email two weeks later from corporate (I have their name, I will not be posting it). In the complaint I filed I had included all the store information, phone number, my order number (with my payment information), and a detailed explanation of events. In the email from corporate they said I had to "claim" my refund within 30 days of my order. Ordered pizza on Dec 13th, get email on Dec 30th, deadline set for Jan 13th. This particular email is an older one of mine that I rarely use outside of needing to order dominos. I noticed the email from Dominos Jan 26th. Asked if I could still get refund and was met with an immediate attitude from the corporate worker and was basically told to kick rocks. Anyways, yeah, everything about this kinda sucked. Won't be back. 1/10 - Character building exercise
