Terrence was a great host and made sure we were provided everything we needed. Trey the manager also came around to make sure we were taken care of. The food and the drinks were good as well.

We had an amazing experience at Dave & Buster’s, all thanks to our wonderful server, Dominique! She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. Dominique was extremely friendly, attentive, professional, and had such a positive attitude. She made us feel welcomed and valued from the moment we sat down. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding! It's rare to come across someone who genuinely enjoys what they do and takes pride in making sure their guests have a great experience. Dominique definitely deserves recognition for her exceptional service! She made our visit even more enjoyable, and we will definitely be back. Dave & Buster’s is lucky to have her! Thank you, Dominique, for making our experience so memorable!

We went to a wedding reception here and the experience and fun was phenomenal! What really impressed me was the staff. There were some lovely girls bartending and they had such happy and positive vibes and were dancing back there to hype us all up as they were serving drinks. Shakespeare was an absolute gem. Service was so great here and we had a blast playing games till 1 AM.
