  We stopped by today for a few games and a milkshake! Marcus was very helpful on the arcade side of things. He was very personable and was doing a great job of connecting with guests. Service was also great when we ordered our fries and milkshake. I didn’t get catch our servers name, but she was very attentive and pleasant. Also a big shoutout to Dominique who served us last week! She gave the best service we have ever experienced at D&B!

  I'm not one for bad reviews, and I love coming here, but I don't know what the problem was today. I took my mom and dad here today to celebrate my dad graduating welding school and almost every game was either out of order or didn't work after spending your chips on it. I asked for help from the floor staff, and 3 people came to fix it. One of the workers was wearing a mushroom bucket hat, and he kept giving me the stink eye as if I was asking him to rearrange the entire arcade. After they fixed the game, they didnt refund me my 2 swipes. My dad encountered a similar interaction where he was t refunded but a father and his 2 kids were refunded.my mom spoke to the same worker giving me a dirty look, asking if there was any floor staff, while im pretty sure he was floor staff. He told my mom yes and that she needs to go find them herself. I am very disappointed in what Dave and busters is becoming, it will be a while before I come back, if I ever do.

  Ashanti delivered outstanding service, exhibiting professionalism, expertise, and a congenial attitude. Such attributes are not commonly found in establishments such as Dave & Buster's. Furthermore, Ashanti suggested incorporating grilled shrimp into our Spinach Dip, which resulted in an exceptional flavor profile. This culinary combination was entirely novel to me. Excellent recommendation, Ashanti!

  We spent Mother’s Day at Dave & Buster’s and had such a wonderful afternoon together as a family! I especially wanted to recognize Kamora, one of the game techs, for being absolutely amazing. She was so kind, helpful, and always nearby anytime we needed assistance with a game or issue. Because of her, we were able to just relax, have fun, and truly enjoy making memories with the kids without any stress. Employees like Kamora make all the difference, and her positive attitude did not go unnoticed. Thank you for helping make our Mother’s Day so special!

  Came to D&B to celebrate my sons birthday. Our server PJ, in addition to the gentlemen who brought our food out were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and helpful! Out food was so good too. I had an issue where my steak was missing from my pasta and the gentleman that brought it out rectified it immediately. The desserts were excellent too! One of our party had questions about what the dips were and they were so kind in answering. PJ was very attentive, kind, and communicated with us very well. Could not recommend her enough. She joked around with us, stopped and made sure we were good. This is the type of server everyone wants at their business. Thanks D&B staff! Yall were great! ❤️
