  Great experience for our Grands Birthdays but disappointed in the price My Fiance and I ordered the beef Nachos to share and 2 soft drinks . Price was 28 dollars . The pic on the menu is nothing like we received. Looked like a big platter of chips with drizzles of cheese here and there maybe two teaspoons of meat half a teaspoon of guac and sour cream. Do better Dave and Busters is all I can say about the Nachos lol

  I love the Dave and Buster's at Columbiana Mall, in Columbia, SC! It is one of the BEST locations! The manager named Trey was very kind, welcoming and professional! He combined all of my son's game card tickets with ease! He was great! Cassie the bartender was friendly and awesome! She made sure we enjoyed our refreshments and delivered great customer service with a smile! My family and I will return very soon!🙂😁🥰

  I absolutely love how the customer service is in the location. Getting the play and way was the best deal I could get for my son's birthday celebration. When we say down to eat the server "Ashanti" reacted as if we had 20 people at the table when it was only 7 including 4 minors. He was rude and passive aggressive the entire time. Didn't answer any questions or smile the entire time. I asked another waitress for the manager. After drilling me on why I wanted the manager he reluctantly went and got him for me. I kindly explain to the manager that my customer service was way beyond no tip and I would like to switch waitresses. He was completely understand and ask how Ashanti could make it better. Seconds later our good came out (extremely faster than expected) and Ashanti was actually polite. I still switched because I rather tip for good service than sit through a bad one expecting not to tip. I got switched with Abbie and she was just the sweetest with a beautiful smile. It was completely night and day. Even though Abbie came towards the end just to give a refill and take our ticket I still tip because of the way she made us feel. She was vocalizes and explained and was happy to serve us. The manager that came to assist us was the same manager that asked if we have been served yet mins ago when we had just sat down. He is extremely nice and caring. Apon leaving my 4 year old left her small stuffie Pikachu that she has been carrying around for months. I noticed as I was bucking her up into the car. She loves and plays with it everyday. So I entered back inside of Dave and busters to search for the stuffie. After walking the entire place I asked the rewards center guy (since he was standing near the check-in) if he's seen it he pointed over by the guys standing and said you will have to ask them. (It was the rude guy Ashanti the other guy that was reluctant to get the manager and the two managers (GM included). I choose to wait and search the entire place. I walked back up front to the managers who where by themselves if they have seen the stuffie Pikachu. Gm told me if it was found the rewards guy would have it. After informing him the rewards guy and sent me to him he went and replace my daughter's favorite stuffie with a brand new one. She was ecstatic to see I find her Pikachu not knowing it was a brand new one. The managers and Abbie really made my day. Because of these 3 I will definitely be returning more frequently than 3x a year. Thank you for your hospitality.

  While at Dave & Busters, I was told that my card wasn’t being accepted. I attempted to use an alternative card and was told that card wasn’t being accepted as well. The waitress and I then agreed that the card reader may be the problem because I didn’t have that problem anywhere else. She switched card readers and it finally took my card. Before I left, I realized that three pending charges were showing up on one of my cards. I informed the waitress and she informed her manager. The manager informed me that those charges won’t go through because the card reader wasn’t working. The next day I received an email from my bank stating that the charges from Dave & Busters had appeared multiple times on my account. After checking both of my accounts , I realized that I was charged six times for my $107 purchase, three times on one card and three times on another card which resulted in me to paying over $600 for a $107 purchase. I called the restaurant multiple times to get it corrected but no one would answer my call. I eventually left my job and went to Dave and Busters to get the issue corrected and was informed that the manager would be getting back in contact with me that afternoon. After not hearing from the manager, I contacted corporate and spoke to Ashley who informed me that she would get in contact with the manager. The next day after not receiving any correspondence from the manager or Ashley, I called the restaurant and finally spoke with the manager Brandon. After Brandon complained that he hadn’t gotten in touch with me because he had more important things to do which included hosting a 2pm party, Brandon informed me that they would be removing all six of the transactions from my cards to make up for the inconvenience that it had caused me. Almost three weeks later, five of the transactions have been removed but there is still one transaction that hasn’t been removed. So not only was I treated like crap regarding this situation, I was also inconvenienced because I had to leave my job, both of my accounts were in disarray, and I was lied to by the manager regarding all six of the transactions being removed. As much as my kids love Dave & Busters we won’t be returning because the lack of empathy and respect that I receive regarding this situation is beyond comprehension. I hope no one else ever has to experience this with them.

  When I say we typically skip giving reviews, I truly mean it. However, today I was determined to do this one. Cindy and Charm went above and beyond to give my family, (14, 12, and 2 year old) the absolute best first time experience at the Columbia SC location. The food was so good & the drinks were on point. From the moment we walked in the door the staff gave nothing but the BEST service. Especially Charm. She was our server & she was on top of everything. She gave tastey food & drink recommendations. We loved her personality & the great service she provided. Cindy came out and introduced herself & had our kids beyond excited to play the games, especially the human claw game. When we left they couldn't wait to call and share their experiences with their grandparents on the phone. We can't wait to come back and catch up with these two ladies while enjoying the amazing service all over again. During our visit I didn't see one person adult nor child look to be having a bad time. Atmosphere was fun, family friendly. Staff was hands on with anything you needed and they all stayed busy. Everything was clean, including the bathrooms! All games worked, and the prize room was so organized the kids had a blast picking/debating through all the options.
