- JKJordan KhanAug 26, 20265.0Just visited this location for the first time today with my family. Malachi and Marla were amazing. The food was fresh, the service was excellent. Malachi works hard and went out of his way to give us a great experience. Best chipotle experience I’ve had in years.
- TBTravis BassAug 18, 20261.0This is the worst location in Columbia, SC. I always order on the app, the app will say my food is ready but when I arrive they never have it ready. It's always a line of people waiting for pick up orders. Employees just stand around doing nothing while food is being prepared. Management needs to do better training. Pull someone from frontline and help out the grill team if you are out of food with lots of customers waiting. The app said my food was ready at 7:50 pm. I am still waiting at 8:30 PM. The lady in the drive through is making everyone park. Then she proceeds to make one order then bring it out, run back inside for the next order and bring it out. Why not make multiple orders then bring them out? This is a common theme here. I keep giving them another chance but this will be my last visit. I blame management, horrible leadership. The employees have no clue what to do.

I called the store and was told to go on the app. No manager was present in store and only had to teenage employees in the front of house. No refund nor never was offered for it to be remade..nothing. Horrible customer service to say the least.

No one was in front of me- worker stopped to chat with another coworker at the hand washing sink instead of taking care of customers. I waited and finall walked out the door because no one was willing to say hello or take my order. I love Chipotle, but this was my first time at this location...sad.
