  Today I ordered a burrito, and honestly the whole experience was disappointing. Before we could even order, we had to wait at least 30 minutes just for them to chop the chicken. The entire time, there was no sense of urgency at all. Employees were just standing around while the person on the grill was laughing, saying “you’re so stupid,” and whispering to the girl chopping the chicken. It made the atmosphere feel awkward and unprofessional. When I asked for white rice, the server only gave me about half a scoop, and the rest of the ingredients were portioned out really small too. We even asked if the burritos had gotten smaller, and the cashier responded, “It depends on what you get in it.” On top of that, nobody greeted us or acknowledged us when we walked in. Overall, the service just felt careless and unwelcoming

  Dirtiest Chipotle I've ever been to. Open for less than a hour & absolutely filthy. Trash on the floor. Food all over the counters. No plastic ware available. Sticky countertops. Even the parking lot had trash.

  The girls were using the resturant as a hang out, got mad and talked about customers showing up late even tho they didnt close for an hour. Staff was rude and refused to made food because they said they were prepping for close at 11. it was 9:45 Do not come here, management needs to seriously reconsider their staff because bullying and abusing customers is wild

  Placed online order for 3:30 pick up, didn’t get food until 4:10! I asked what the hold up was and they said they were missing ingredients yet seemed to serve every walk in customer with no issue. When I was handed my food I asked why it took an hour from the time I placed an order and all they could manage to say way “sorry about that.” On a positive note I did get asked if I wanted a cup on my way out. I think I’m done with Chipotle, seems to be a common theme with poor customer service as of late.

  This location is TERRIBLE! They are literally always out of something. I’ve worked fast food before and when you see an item getting low, you work ahead to prepare more so you won’t run out. I went in there last night with three hours left before closing and they were out of chicken AND steak. Went today, they were out of the vinaigrette dressing. Staff works slowly and unorganized. Servicing customers quickly and efficiently should be the main priority and it’s evidently not. The reviews on average are bad. I don’t understand why corporate doesn’t seem to care about their consumers experiences.
