  This is the only Chipotle location I enjoy . The food is usually fresh . The staff works hard to try and keep up with heavy customer traffic . As much as I’m there I should know everyone’s name by heart . I don’t have any complaints .

  They made my order wrong and I took it back up there. Asking for it to be remade and the manager that is currently on duty. She was rude, snatched the bag from me. Then, after she remade it, she slid it across the counter, almost to the floor. If she doesn't like dealing with customer complaints, find a new job and stop being rude to customers or better yet make the order right to start with. Before anyone asks, she was not wearing a name tag. And when I asked her name, she walked away. She did not want to remake my food, even though they're the ones that messed up and I got attitude because of it.

  This chipotle has the worst staff. I think the only people in there trying to do their job is the guy cooking and the manager. The others have THE WORST attitude I’ve ever seen. Rude and then giving an attitude while on her phone. I will not go to this chipotle again. Someone needs to do something about the atmosphere and attitude of employees here!

  They need a whole new team starting with management. I placed my order online drove 20 mins for the staff to tell me they don’t have my food & explained that if i come back the next day I can get my food and a refund 🧢. By the way she was giggling and looking at the other staff member I should have known that was untrue. When I arrived in the store they already had the food put up and the store clean . I placed my order at 10:30 the store closes at 11pm. Hire staff that can follow protocols on how to make food and still get out in a timely manner instead of teenagers who think it’s funny and don’t care. When I did visit the store the next day . The manager acted like I was interrupting him from what he was doing in the back and rushed me on out the store. Never said sorry for my inconvenience and had no personality . How did he get that position? The manager told me I can only get a refund no food . Which is fine but that was not what I was told by the young lady . Long story short nobodies reimbursing me for the 40 mins in gas I spent on this foolery . Two notch store is trash . I would expected this from the churches chicken on north main not the chipotle in Sandhills …
