  Horrible customer service, terrible attitude from the first person you encounter to the cashier. The place was filthy and trash piled over, lastly they were out of several items, but allowed you place your order before telling you, then laughed when suggested they inform customers before starting to prepare the order. This location has really gone down.

  The first thing I heard was not a greeting, but a laundry list of all the items they were out of. A young, light brown Black woman with cornrows or box braids was EXTREMELY rude while taking the order and proceeded to laugh as a poorly trained staff member “rolled my son’s burrito.” The other members refused to make eye contact as they chuckled at one another for the poor burrito. They handed it to me anyway. I just left because this location is simply fulfilling its existing culture of poor service and low quality.

  I went here at 9:20 Saturday . They don’t close till 11 o’clock. They was telling me I couldn’t get certain things on my bowl like sour cream and other things because they was about to close and couldn’t restock it at that time mind you it’s only 9 o’clock y’all don’t close until two hours..

  A little after noon on a Saturday, I entered the restaurant and i was the only customer in at the time i ordered. The portion size was half other Chipotle's I've eaten at across this nation. No green peppers in the veggies, ask for black and brown beans, wasn't paying attention after that and got brown only. I didn't notice until i sat down to eat. The guac was all brownish-green, asked for fresh, didn't have any, asked for cilantro, she said, "I think we out." Another girl came back with a little sauce cup half full. She sat it on my tray, i threw it away. Nice people, but seriously need a new manager. This trip sucked!!! I won't be back to this location.

  first time visiting this location 6/10/26. it's 3:08. ordered 2 chicken protein bowls, 1 person ahead of me, 1 behind me, just us. the same person preparing food had to check us out (not blaming her). the first guy couldn't PAY until she finished my order and the 3d guys 2 bowl order. ridiculous being in the paying line for so long! in the meantime the manager (didn't know he was the manager until I checked out) looked and walked past us several times without a word, continued to not help at the counter, never once acknowledging YOUR customers. I refuse to support bad service willingly being forced on customers. my first and last time visiting this location. do better...
