  I’ve visited this Chipotle location several times with my husband, and while the location itself is convenient and the food can be good, there are some ongoing issues that I hope management will address. One concern is customer service. The staff are not always rude, but many employees often appear unhappy, annoyed, or frustrated when interacting with customers. I completely understand that working with people all day can be stressful, but a more welcoming attitude would make a big difference in the overall experience. Another issue is order accuracy and food preparation. When we request light sour cream or light guacamole, we frequently receive much larger portions than requested, which can make the food soggy and difficult to enjoy. The food is also sometimes assembled very sloppily. Considering the prices Chipotle charges, I think customers should be able to expect a little more care and consistency when their meals are prepared. Online orders have also been a recurring problem. There have been multiple occasions where items were added that I didn’t order, ingredients were incorrect, or I received a bowl when I had ordered a burrito. When I’ve politely asked for mistakes to be corrected, the response has sometimes felt irritated or dismissive, which is disappointing. The drive-thru experience could also use improvement. At times, it feels like employees are annoyed when handing out orders, and the interaction can come across as rushed or unfriendly. Finally, the dining area could be maintained a bit better. The tables and the utensil/condiment station are sometimes not as clean as they should be, which affects the overall experience when dining in. I don’t leave reviews often, and I’m not trying to be harsh. I genuinely want this location to do well because it’s convenient and has potential. I simply hope management can focus on improving customer service, order accuracy, food presentation, and cleanliness.

  Owner, your location is suffering from poor hiring. The person behind the counter was scrolling on the phone. Not looking at the customers waiting to order lunch. You seem to be hiring young people and those who fit your image. Your customer service problems would improve drastically if you considered older workers who need to return to the workforce. People who know how to treat customers and how to keep the line going and providing accurate, fresh products. Older workers can keep up with stock, auditing and ordering if needed. You need people who are proud of doing a great job and that's sometimes means hiring outside of your norm. Good luck with your location.

  I spend too much money at Chipotle to have my bowl looking this trash. What happened to packing these bowls. Little bit of sour cream, half spoon full of rice smh.

  We arrived to have dinner at 9:48 to a restaurant that is due to close at 11pm. Upon entering the entire restaurant had been cleaned with all food removed from the warmers. When asking the cook about the time they closed, we were told at 11pm, but they stop cooking and shut down at 9pm, but remain open until 11. There was limited to no food items available, and a DoorDash order wasn’t even made due to them closing so early, forcing the customer to order from the limited options they were willing to provide. We continued to watch a myriad of customer enter and leave because they had the entire restaurant and grill shut down two hours before the advertised time, and had only cold food options available! I’ve been eating at chipotle for some time, and I am very much aware of the protocol, as I’ve been to many closer to closing hours. I will be contacting corporate as well, as this was unacceptable, especially to have all of the chairs stacked not allowing guests to enjoy their food in the restaurant. Not to mention them continuing to clean, and finish closing duties around us while we ate.

  Bro this place used to be the best been here mad times. Guess they got new management. New staff. Whatever. But they are always out of everything!!!! Like I literally came here three times today and they were out of chicken, honey chicken, white rice. Three time in one day last week too. I love us but dang man. Morning, noon, night. And it’s over an hour before you close. What you’re telling me is that you’re also leaving the next shift unprepared, this puts everyone in a position to play catch throughout the shift. Management changed somewhere and it’s evident. Everything here used to be 10 out of 10. Let’s get back to it you guys. I really need my bowl, and I DONT go to other Chipotles. :( Update: I went today at 7:30 pm after waiting in line 10 minutes. They didn’t have any chicken or corn 😂. 7/9
