When they finally asked what we would like to order, they were out of white rice and told us it would be another 15 min wait for white rice. Meanwhile we could see one of the workers mixing white rice in a bowl. Never going back.

First they missed my order of chips. and today they gave me just rice, meat and sour cream as my bowl... Over 2 hours before closing mind you, how are they out of stuff? I go to chipotle all the time for dinner. I take my friends and family and have them try it. I was excited to try the new meat that just dropped but if this is how they treat a avid chipotle user. With no call for a chance to cancel my order or maybe replace the toppings is unacceptable.How are they put of stuff? I won't be going back here for awhile.
- CCCaitlinSep 2, 20263.0it can be hit or miss with staff, some are very kind and others throw me off! recently there was a bit of a rush around 7:30, and i was told to refund my order instead of just making me a new one because they handed my order to someone else. i left and ended up having to call the store to have them remake my bowl after they told me no at the window. it was really confusing, but ultimately i ended up with my food and it was a very full bowl as usual! it was warm-ish lol. the girls at the window were kind though despite the mix-up i guess.
