I was at this location the other day, and my whole group was overall disappointed with choosing to go here- the food itself was okay (at least on my end) but the employees, I’m sorry to say, were pretty rude or just completely lacked customer service skills. The lady checking us out was far more pleasant than the two who prepared our food. I have bad hearing, and am naturally a socially awkward individual, so sometimes I struggle interacting with others in public spaces (especially in a loud environment) and the one girl rolled her eyes at me when I asked her “what?” After not hearing her, and did not care to speak up. I asked about what food was which, and asked “is that peppers and onions?” — again, met with an eye roll, and a condescending slow nod. I do understand that it was busy, and fast food can be a difficult job, but as somebody who has worked in a similar environment, i was very startled to be treated in such a manner. Not once did any of the workers seem like they were “happy to be of service”. Other members of my group felt similarly, that the service was bad. Additionally, there were multiple complaints of there being too little of certain ingredients and an excessive amount of another; for example, somebody ordered a burrito bowl (or something of that nature) and was very unpleased by the fact that it was so smothered in cheese, she could hardly taste anything else of the meal. This review is referring specifically to April 26th, 2026, at approximately 6:45pm-7:30pm. The tables surrounding us were also very dirty, and I’m not sure if there was anybody attending to them in the time we were there… I could be wrong about that because it seemed like a gentleman was cleaning up a table, but I don’t know if it was because he had just been dining in or not. I’m very sorry to be leaving such a review, but I hope that this is somehow addressed.
