The lady that made my bowl 5/17/26 around 11am was extremely rude, I think she's a manager I've seen her a few times but she put the wrong chicken on my bowl and when I corrected her she had an attitude then put the right chicken on top of the chicken I didn't want. She was rushing and started taking our order after she put 2 quesadillas on the grill for the girl in front of us so they ended up on there for way too long. This location is always dirty too. How are the tables dirty at 11am when they open at 10:45, that means y'all had food crumbs on the table all night, you probably have roaches and rats too.

The Absolute Worst place to pickup a door dash or any delivery! Not sure what's going on with management, but they have NO INTEREST in having orders ready to go when they're supposed to be picked up!!! Walked into an empty store, and still had to wait 10 minutes! The guy cleaned the dining room before preparing my order. Knew I was there for an order and just kept cleaning! I thought the orders were supposed to be ready when we got there!!! Terrible ran store for the last 2 months! They use to be a lot better! Now just terrible!! The white Latino looking guy don't care when you get your order, not does the black lady. I think both are managers. I'll never spend my money here again, because they don't care about messing my money up when I'm working. Glad there's one on Forest Drive!

I stopped by chipotle to get something to eat and to my disappointment they didn’t have the chicken, Al Pastor, or the Adobe chicken available, they said the cilantro lime sauce was not made, they had no chips, and when I went to grab some Coke, there was none available when I asked the cashier if the machine was working and she said yes, and if there was no coat coming out was because there was none. This chipotle location is my favorite to come to just because the service is always great and they always have everything some kind of disappointed that they didn’t have a lot of of the things available especially at peak our 12 noon when everybody’s ready to eat. They only had one person on the line that was helping 10+ people.

If you go for lunch you should be fine but whatever you do, DO NOT go for dinner. They will be out of a lot of the ingredients. This hasn’t happened just once or twice, it’s happened every time I try to go for dinner. This past time I saw they had plenty of quac and I asked for a side of quac but right before I asked they took the quac and put it over on the online order line the tried to say they were out of quac after taking it away right in front of me. They were out of black beans, chicken, lettuce, cheese, apparently quac, chips, the soda machine had no ice, and the Mr. pibb was pouring water. Again, none of this ever happens when I go for lunch. But this is the experience I have EVERY TIME when I go for dinner.

On Saturday, April 11th 2026, I placed a pickup order PRIOR to the store location even opening. I scheduled it for 11am. I arrived at 11:20am to be brushed off and told with an attitude by a store associate I later learned was, allegedly, named Whitney that they haven’t finished any pickup orders yet and I would have to wait then she simply went about her day.
I ordered a pickup because I had to go to work and that was one of the first places open. After hearing this, seeing her attitude, and seeing in line customers being served, I informed her that I would require a refund since they did not honor their end of the arrangement (11am pickup time).
She tried to tell me that can’t refund me since I ordered online and I would have to request it online. I knew this wasn’t possible so to call her bluff I asked how would I do that and she said “the same way you ordered”.
I went on the website and Chipotle only has a Live Chat you can use (connected to a foreign call center). They don’t have a number available for support. In the end, the agent offered me a free drink lol. Nah that’s okay, playa. I’ll pass.
Poor staff inside, poor corporate support outside. Shop elsewhere.
