Avoid going to this location at all costs. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Almost every time I come, my order is incorrect. On my most recent visit, I specifically asked for my sandwiches plain, but they were made with toppings anyway. When I asked for it to be fixed, the sandwich was clearly not remade—they just removed the pickles and handed me the same sandwich back. I could still taste the pickle residue, which is extremely frustrating and honestly concerning. Even after my order was repeated back to me—and adjusted like it usually has to be—I still ended up with mistakes. To make matters worse, when I got home, I realized my yogurt was missing the cookie crumble entirely. This level of inaccuracy is unacceptable, especially as someone who comes here often. What if I had an allergy? This kind of carelessness comes across as lazy and unsafe. I even tried to call the store to provide feedback, but the phone didn’t ring and went straight to voicemail, which only added to my frustration. I will not be returning to this location. I hope management takes this seriously and makes improvements.
