- BPBriggs PolandApr 22, 20261.0My order was sitting in the area where it’s waiting to be picked up behind the counter and I asked 3 times if it was ready and they said no everytime, then someone finally gave me my order after 30 min so it was cold as hell. Not to mention they put pickles on my sandwich when I ordered no pickles. This chick fil a is a complete joke. They say they are short staffed when there is like 3 customers there. The workers always have an attitude, the food is always below average and the service is awful. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Don’t go here

The food is always cold if you ever even get it. Typical wait times of about an hour, but the last time I tried I just left after 45 minutes. I asked if they were even making shakes anymore(I saw that nobody was running the machine) and he just kinda smiled at me and said yes. Its particularly the night crew that just doesn't try or care.
