- APAidan P.Jun 6, 20262.0I’ve been coming to this Chick-fil-A since it opened, and unfortunately, every negative interaction I’ve had here seems to involve the same manager: Tyler(dark hair glasses). Today was the final straw. I went through the drive-thru and ordered my usual 8-count meal and 12-count meal. The employee taking my order repeated it back correctly, but somehow the order was entered incorrectly but his iPad was glitching and came out to nearly $50. Even the employee seemed confused by the total. When a large bag of food was brought out, I immediately pointed out that something wasn’t right and was told it would be fixed at the window. When I got there, Tyler read back the incorrect order and asked, “Did you not realize it when paying?” After I explained that the employee had repeated my order correctly, Tyler rolled his eyes and corrected the order. Even then, it was still entered incorrectly, and I was charged for two 12-count meals. The pricing mistake isn’t really what bothered me. Mistakes happen. What bothered me was Tyler’s attitude throughout the interaction. I’ve watched him interact with both customers and employees for years and I mean many many years, and he consistently comes across as irritated, dismissive, and unwilling to take ownership when problems occur. While I was waiting for my corrected receipt, he nearly ran into another employee( like his head was over hers) who was visibly uncomfortable, and he didn’t even acknowledge it or apologize. It’s also not the first time I’ve witnessed behavior like that from him. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, and I understand everyone has bad days. The problem is that this doesn’t feel like a bad day—it feels like a pattern that’s been going on for years. The rest of the staff are usually friendly and helpful, which makes these interactions stand out even more. I’m posting this because I genuinely like this location and would like to see the customer experience improve. Management attitudes set the tone for everyone else, and that’s where I believe the problem starts.
