    I eat at this location often at breakfast and at lunch. No matter what, they always have only one cashier. The last time that I was there, it was about 1:30pm. There were 13 people in front of me and pretty quickly, it ended up with 15 people behind me. Absolutely ridiculous. They don't give a damn unless you are at the drive thru. I will not go back. If you go back, you might be better to go to the drive thru and take your food inside to eat. Slow as hell.

    I found two strands of hair baked into my biscuit and called the store (attached pictures). I was told I’d have to wait 2–4 business days for a resolution, which already felt unreasonable given the situation. Because of that, I went back in person to speak with a manager. When I arrived, Clint, who identified himself as the director/manager, was dismissive from the start. He acted as if I was inconveniencing him, repeatedly questioned me about who I spoke to on the phone (even after I explained I didn’t remember the name), and showed no empathy whatsoever. Instead of addressing the issue, he made comments like, “I can’t just give you another chicken biscuit,” which was frustrating because I never asked for one. I simply wanted a refund or a proper resolution. Another comment that Clint made was “sometimes things like this happen,” which seemed invalidating. He also pointed out that I came during a busy time, implying that my concern wasn’t important enough to address. On top of that, he made me feel like I was being dishonest, even though I had the biscuit in hand with visible hair in it. He claimed he needed to “verify” my call and said he couldn’t look up my order, which made no sense since I had just been there earlier that same day. When I asked to escalate the issue, he refused to provide the owner’s contact information and wouldn’t even give his last name. The entire interaction felt unprofessional, dismissive, and unnecessarily difficult. Ironically, less than 30 minutes after I left, a “team leader” called me and offered a free biscuit… which I clarified that I did not want. I asked for a refund, and the team member said he would give me one— something Clint acted like was impossible. That alone shows the situation could have been handled properly from the beginning. The lack of basic customer service, accountability, and cleanliness is extremely concerning. Finding hair in food is bad enough, but being treated with disrespect on top of it is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location.
