- STScott's Take3 days ago4.0It's Chick-fil-A! Most consistently managed chicken chain in the U.S. If you ever happen to have a rare bad experience it will be "their pleasure" to make it right. No matter which location you visit. Always closed on Sundays; because everyone needs a break!

Employee attitude is often off the mark from what I would call the Chick-fil-A standard, with few “my pleasures” or welcome greetings - personally does not bother me, but it does leave me feeling more as a data point to get in and out instead of a customer. When it comes to the drive through I’m frequently waiting 5 minutes plus after I get my food due to one car holding it up. I’d recommend the operator use 2-3 waiting parking spaces for said scenarios to prevent one car from holding up legitimately the entire line. As mentioned, employee attitude could be better, there have been a few times my order has been wrong when I dine in, when I mention to the employees I’m requested to “prove it” on my receipt, the food is then taken back and trashed, and replaced. While I’m happy to have the mistake corrected, I find this incredibly wasteful. I’d be happy to update my review when these issues are addressed.
