  Truly disappointed! Placed an online order. The app gave me issues. No one greeted me at the drive through pick up window. Had to get out and go to pick up window. I got a text saying my order was ready she said she is about to make it. So now I had to wait outside just to have horrible experience with the food. Both of my burgers had all the wrong condiments and I paid for extra items. Everything was cold burgers and fries. I don’t understand how everything was wrong, cold and not on time when I was literally the only customer there!

  I went here around the time it opened and forgot to review. The food was pretty nasty. Tried a few things including a burger, fries, some chicken and fish. The burger was just so bad, probably even worse than hardees. The fries were just about the only thing that were bearable and they were below average. I don't think I'll be going again, fast food in the Columbia area is just objectively poor quality compared to the rest of the nation in general, I don't know what's wrong with these local chains.

  THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, SLOW AND SLOPPY FOOD PREPARATION. Don't waste your time going through the drive thru... they probably won't answer. So I go out of my car and ordered from the front window... still almost 30 minutes to get the food. I was served what seemed to be 3 day old BURGER PATTIES.. DRY & HARD AS A ROCK! INEDIBLE. Lettuce on the burger tasted like it had gone bad as well as the mayonnaise. It was wrapped in what look to be greasy used paper. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. All we ate were the fries... at least they made them fresh.

  Around 4:30 AM, we ordered 2 Deep Sea Fish sandwiches and 4 double cheeseburgers. The first manager we dealt with was extremely disrespectful. He told us “no cash” and refused to take our cash payment, even though we were trying to place an order and had exact change. He then slammed the window in our face, refused to give us a receipt, and would not provide the corporate phone number when we asked. After two young gentlemen asked him for my receipt, he said he was “busy” and continued sitting in the back on his phone instead of helping customers. The way we were treated was unacceptable and very unprofessional. I called the store on 7/12/26, and a young lady answered the phone and said she would get it taken care of. She followed through when I came back to the store and provided the paper I needed, just like she said she would. I also want to recognize Azanya and Kayla for their professionalism and respect. These two young women have served me before, and every time they have always treated me with kindness, respect, and great customer service. Azanya made my food exactly how I wanted it and made sure I was taken care of. They are great examples of what customer service should look like and truly helped turn around a negative experience. Management needs to address how customers are being treated because no one should be ignored or disrespected when they are spending their money at a business. The way the first manager handled the situation was unacceptable, but I appreciate employees like Azanya and Kayla who continue to show respect and care for customers. From: David
