  Terrible experience! Even when I'm the only car in line, I can expect a 20 minute wait on a burger on my lunch break. I thought it was a lunch rush thing at first, but no, this is the expectation for each visit. I ordered the exact burger on a later night, but not only was the line shorter, but the wait was longer.

  I feel really bad for the employees at this location. It took me 20 minutes to get my food from a mobile order because they only had 2 workers to complete a ton of orders. It was still hot and good though. I wish them the best.

  Service in the drive thru was extremely slow. The AI assistant used to take orders got my order wrong. Customer service was subpar. Waited all that time for my food and then bit into my burger and it had something hard in it.

  I'll get Checkers fries from the freezer section of Publix, and skip the deplorable service and large, angry creature in an apron screaming and cussing. Hard pass.

  I ordered online STILL waited over 20 minutes to be recognized at the pick up window. I sent a message stating it was ready .Then waited for my food to come. It was not freshly made. With only 1 car in the drive thru. Ordered a milkshake online as well. Only to be told the machine broke. No explanation or assistance on receiving a refund. Then the next day my card was HACKED. (Never happened) Trying to charge from New York and Illinois at the SAME time. Attempted to call the complaint line to speak with someone not of US origin that spoke to me like he could careless about my concerns. First and LAST EVER going here. Lastly it shows up as Doordash not Checkers
