  Fries been sitting for a hot minute. They was greasy and stale. Big Buford was good chicken wings was very fresh and delicious.

  This place is disastrous never again....today was the last time I'll ever eat from this place...it's common sense if I ordered wings and they had to be cooked so they tell me to pull up in a parking spot to wait, as so I asked for hot fries but you cooked my fries before my wings now ofc their freaking cold...ordered 35 dollars worth of food and everything cold but the wings!!! Then she tried to explain to me the process of how they made my order like No ma'am make it make sense!!! 😒 Like I said I won't be going back to this place ever!!!

  Not the greatest experience but not bad either. Tenders from the 5$ meal could be better or left in longer, could still taste the frozen prepared food taste. Worker messed up my 3 5$ dollar meal deal order and instead of saying she messed up and or just quickly correcting and rectifying the mistake she went around the mulberry bush and tried to make sense out of the error and make it look right. Took me 5 minutes and a senior employee to correct the mistake. Employees could have just a tad bit more patience and kindness when dealing with customers. Oh, and I asked for no mayo and got heavy mayo, so check your food before you leave the window. Which we should all do anyway. On a good note, after removing the mayo myself the spicy chicken sandwich itself was worth giving this location a second chance.

  As a customer, I had an amazing experience at Checkers. The employees had such positive attitudes and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping customers. The service was fast, my order was fresh and accurate, and the overall atmosphere was great. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a Checkers, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

  The food was fresh and hot when we got it but the wait was a little longer than normal. Forgot sauces and an order of fries. I believe they were short handed...
