  Wouldn’t recommend your gonna wait half a hour for 2 burgers i had Bacon added and paid for to both burgers and there wasn’t any bacon on either other things are too high and expensive to not get what your paying for simple

  The person helping us wasn't very friendly. They were out of fried chicken sandwiches. When we took the food back to the office to eat, we discovered two of the 3 meals we ordered were wrong: one was a single instead of a double. The other was a burger instead of the chicken sandwich ordered. The fries were delicious, and what we got tasted fine, but we won't be back anytime soon.

  An utter disaster. Ordered online and when I arrived BEFORE the App said my order would be ready, it had already been prepared and was sitting in what looked like a large black heating oven. Needless to say the fries were, at best, warm (not hot as had always been my experience at other Checkers). The Mobile Order lane was blocked off, and the AI Chatbot misunderstood my instruction that I was there to pick up a Mobile Order and kept asking what size Coke I wanted. It finally told me the price of the coke and I pulled forward. This location is poised on a “postage stamp” size property, and driving thru the drive-thru is a real challenge. As you exit the pickup window, you cannot see where you are headed because it is a sharp DOWNHILL left turn. I barely managed to avoid scrubbing my chrome wheels. Finally, the American Express charge did not come thru as a charge at Checkers, but rather came thru as a “Door Dash” charge, which took some time for me to figure out this was actually a Checkers Charge, just before I was about to call American Express and report this as a fraudulent charge. I will NEVER return to this Checkers, which should never have been built in the first place.

  Friday may 8th around 7pm ish. I forgot to ask the girls name who worked there because she deserves this solo shoutout. She got left to work there all by her self. In about 10 minutes time i watched her do about 5 different peoples jobs minimum and i bet money they didnt pay her 5 salaries for leaving her stranded like that. She didnt have any kind of attitude about it at all. Just said the food would be fresh because she had to do it all her self. And it for sure was the best checkers ive had. She somehow did a better job then any fully staffed checkers ive ever been to. And no thats not an excuse for management to make her do more work. Also shoutout to the other lady who i heard in the back who came later as this other girl was doing everything. I heard her say she was there on her day off to help. Them 2 carrying this location on their back. So all in all. Negative 100 stars for the management and who ever runs this Checkers so poorly. Plus 105 stars for that employee. If yall dont pay her atleast 4 times her hourly wage for that day you need to check your selves.
