  I came in yesterday on the 4th of July and Ashley was the manager was the best, its the reason I keep coming back to this location.

  Came for Lunch today on the 4th of July, around 12:30, I was disappointed. I come to this location frequently and have never had any issues. Today, I walked in and no one was behind the counter to serve me. I waited and seemingly the manager walked out carrying tea to fill at the drink station. I waited patiently, she poured the tea, walked back to the back never even acknowledging me standing there. I waited a second more until just deciding to leave. I am big on customer service, and I wish she would’ve at least acknowledged me, or put down the tea container quickly to come back.

  Our favorite CAVA location to visit! Everything is always fresh, and the staff is consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful. We love it so much that we drive about 20 minutes to come here, and we stop by almost every day. The food is always delicious and the service keeps us coming back. Highly recommend!

  The staff at CAVA Forest Drive is Phenomenal!!! They always, always go above and beyond in their customer service and hospitality. They must have some great training, because they all make THE BEST salads that I have ever tasted in my life. I’ve never been there and seen any of the staff members in a bad mood or not upbeat and I go there often. I want to mention Quincy, Ty, Daniel, and Kayla, there is also one other lady and man that I want to mention, but I do not know their names and they too are phenomenal!

  Service was wonderful, shoutout to lilli, Jacob, Jamie, Zaria, & Daniel!! Atmosphere is very clean and they took my order very quickly. Super friendly and welcoming as well! Love this spot for some good healthy options. Will be back 10/10
