  It's a chain. I'm not a fan of chain restaurants, but it was mother's day and we had all dropped the ball on reservations. We were greeted by a smiling hostess, and done so immediately upon arrival. They had been in the middle of a semi crisis with online orders not going through- but one would never know the chaos with the smiles and explanations by the hostess and manager. They were able to seat us within 10 minutes and everything else was smooth. The food was tasty and so much of it. Waaay to large portions for what we are used to. Would I return? In a pinch, absolutely.

  Our brunch group the Southern Gems held our monthly brunch at this Bonefish Grill. The Bonefish Grill has been one of my favorite restaurants for nearly 20 years. Unfortunately our group of 25 had a less than pleasant Saturday brunch at this location. To start the tables had a stench smell similar to dirty dish water. The smell was nauseating. . We requested a clean rag discretely to wipe them down from our server. Her manager returned instead in disarray and with a hostile response. She was insensitive to our request until more guests from our group complained. They returned with a bucket; clean rags and wiped the tables down again. This did help. We received our food at different times but there was not an excessive gap in time. We waited an hour for our food. Two individuals received cold food and or overly cooked food. We didn't have a chance to take pictures. Everyone was hungry when there food came. I enjoyed the house salad and the pineapple shrimp with coconut risotto. The cocktails were good and refreshing. Our server needed assistance. She was overwhelmed although she tried her best to accommodate each of us.. This was evident when it was time to pay our bill. Only 6 people received the correct check. Everyone else received the wrong check or incorrect items on their check. We were directed to hold them until our server could correct them. She couldn't. The management was accommodating as we waited patiently for them to rectify each check. Our servere shared prior to us leaving that she thought that that she could handle a group our size by herself. She apologized. A couple of us thank her and hugged her as we to tipped her.

  Our first time eating here and from start to finish an amazing experience. From the hostess making us feel like family to Hunter our server. Hunter was the best made great recommendations for wine, food and dessert. If you are close by do yourself a favor and stop here.

  Horrible service yesterday on Mother’s Day! Waited over an hour for our food and we had reservations. The lobster was dry and overcooked. I have eaten at this location several times over the years and the quality of the food was just not what I’m used to. They clearly rushed our meal. The manager came to our table and said he would “take care of the reservation due to the inconvenience“ ….whatever that meant because nothing was taken off the tab. We paid the bill in full and also tipped the waitress. Needless to say, we will not be returning. Not that it even matters, but still….

  We had a wonderful experience at Bonefish Grill, and a big part of that was thanks to our hostess, Callista. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with such a warm and welcoming energy that immediately set the tone for the evening. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of guests, and it showed. Thank you, Callista, for making our visit even more enjoyable!
