  First time at this location. My husband and I are huge into customer service and Jamal was absolutely amazing! They were very busy and he kept calm and friendly through it all. Chicken supreme was a tad overcooked other than that we will be back.

  1/2 gallon sweet tea has a taste it. Going back to Harbison location for sweet tea purchases. Employees were kind and drive thru line moved along well.

  The food is never ready, it’s either still frozen or I need to wait for things to be cooked. I’ve gone to this location for over a year multiple times and the team organization is always disorganized, no real leadership as there is always disfunction when dealing with customers. 6 months ago I noticed that on two different occasions at this store I was actually charged twice. Attention to detail lacks at this location.

  15 min to close, Drive thru took my order, at the windows she said they are no serving me because is closing time. CLOSING TIME IS AT 10 PM not before that... so why take my order?... so rude customer service...

  Chicken tenders were like rubber. Employees seemed soul-less. After reading reviews the only thing that can change my opinion is... nothing... not going back and I will recommend that no one eats there.
