- AFA NEW BEGINNING FARMJun 23, 20264.0Food was good. Service was great! Staff was friendly! My only major complaint is that it is NOT handicap friendly. There are no designated handicap parking places. The drive thru divides the parking lot from the sidewalk, so an elderly patron with a walker, cane, or wheelchair has to cross the drive thru! Very dangerous! The cars fly in!

I waited 30 minutes for my food yesterday and received my food stale and cold. The worst bo bites and borounds I have ever had. They took so long I asked my guy to go in with the receipt and get the food. And it still took them over 15 minutes. When I came in the manager looked at me and asked me why have I been waiting for so long. My guy answered her and said I try to tell you but you were being rude. Not only that they had very smelly homeless men in the lobby that were harassing me which is another reason why I told my guy to go ahead and get the food . Customer service was terrible coming from the manager she was even rude to the workers . And the food was so bad it made my pregnant self want to cry.

I give them a 0-star review due to their disgusting attitude and horrible food. The way they treated us, they shouldn’t be working in that type of environment.
