  Go anywhere except here. Service is garbage, were out of ketchup, biscuit was hard and dry. This location is awful

  We got there 2hrs before closing, ordered with the AI drive thru and when it was time to come around to the window, a lady stepped out of the back door to say they had started shutting things down and wouldn't be able to make half of our order and the sides that I requested, she couldn't do and offered 2 to me that we can't even eat because my kids have an allergy to beans. The WORST!

  I always use the drive thru when I go to this place. I've been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt when it comes to customer service and quality. It's safe to say, this location lacks both. There's always a cashier in drive thru that does not greet the customer, and keeps her back turned towards the window the whole time. The food I receive looks as tho it had been cooked hours before my purchase. They always skip putting plastic ware in the box, because they no longer use bags..I guess. Yeah, I won't be ordering from this location again.

  I had lunch from Bojangles today and it was horrible!!! I had the 3 wing meal. The wings should have been thrown out the day before yesterday!!! Apparently the wings had been reheated several times, they were dry, hard and could not be eaten! I do not have money to throw away and was already back at work!!! Terrible customer experience!!!
