  Wouldn’t eat here if it was the last thing available on earth. Food is neverrrr fresh no matter what time you go. MORNING Manager (Johnny) 0/10 for fast food quality/communication skills.To be present in the cooking station, watching ur employees serve dehydrated/browned sitting food. Is CRAZY! Save yourself some time & go to Two Notch BOJANGLES! & any TRANE employees don’t waste your time here even with their bragging discount! Between a Doughy biscuit, Soggy bottom chicken tenders, wet fries, & drink machine giving unflavored liquid yall can keep it…😄

  Bojangles, multiple locations including this one have served undercooked ( and raw at times) chicken and sausage. Was told at this location they don't have butter packs for customers only jelly?? Is this a new protocol Bojangles? The quality and taste has been going downhill drastically over the past year at all locations I have visited in SC and NC. Thank you for being good in the past but I think I am done for good. What a shame. You can do better but apparently you no longer choose quality as a whole. The staff are only putting out what they are given. This is systemic. Adios.

  I stopped to get a sweet tea because I was feeling sleepy while traveling. The tea was so sweet that after adding water several times, it was still too sweet. It was as if this cup was poured from a batch of sweetened tea before they had a chance to add water. It was totally syrup. I didn't go inside. I got had gotten back on the interstate before trying it. The bread of the crispy chicken biscuit was too crumbly with the outer pieces falling while the center-most pieces stuck to filet. It wasn't conducive for a to go meal.

  The absolute worst. Asked for 3 Cajun biscuits, a bo berry biscuit, sausage biscuit, and steak biscuit. I got no Bo berry, no sausage, burnt chicken biscuit, and got the drinks wrong. I don’t know what it is about the Bojangles but they are terrible. Please change your management or whatever bc you guys can’t even hire people who can do their jobs right. Usually this is all due to bad upper management. I don’t even wanna go back I’ll just take the loss but I’m officially done with the one on Clemson road. Might be the worst.
