The AI ordering system regularly lists items in jumbled fashion instead of separate orders, when you arrive at the window the employees don't know what you ordered, waiting times are interminable, sides are wrong or under filled, chicken pieces are often wrong and under seasoned. At these inflated prices, it is getting harder and harder to justify eating here.

The lady taking orders in the drive thru is rushy. She will ask if your done with your order after every item. After the 3rd time of me saying no im not done with my order, she literally yelled “ohhh my godddd” In a loud, dragged out, mocking tone. So insanely disrespectful. Acting as if im wrong for not being done with my order and having to tell her that repeatedly. Also I asked for ranch sauce and honey mustard sauce. I received bo sauce and buffalo sauce instead. 2 sauces that i never even asked for. They weren’t even mentioned. Zero Stars. Terrible experience. Don’t come here!!!

Went through drive-thru and employee wouldn’t give us our pick-up order because apparently you have to go inside for that, even though they want to keep the doors locked. The employee didn’t even seem to remember the doors were locked. And when we went back around to go inside, the employee still was taking her time to unlock a door. No other customers in sight.
