Everytime i come here the wait time for a bo berry biscuit and some bo rounds is always 10+ minutes. How is there a computer taking orders and yall are still slow ? like NOBODY has to take orders and yall still take forever. mind you sometimes my bo rounds take 10+ minutes and they’re warm and soggy. make it make sense . definitely the worst bojangles location on the irmo side

Everyone working around food fussed about wanting to have people order through automated systems because it was “too much work for too little pay”. Person orders through said automated system, system shows everything correctly, employee still gives customer the wrong order with correct receipt. This is why reading comprehension is fundamental. No one likes to get incorrect food on their way to work without time to fix what you messed up. The lady at 6:30am on 6/13/2026 sure had time to check her phone though. 👍🏻

Got to this place right at 9 or a little before than probably, they did not wanted to pretty much take my order, once I told they took my order, they were pretty much kicking me out of the restaurant, and told me to leave reason “ not many people to work or something” while is not like they have waitresses taking care of people. In the top of that, they call the police because I wanted to dine in while in working hours or operational hours.
