My family has been visiting this particular location for approximately three years. During that time, my two children have consistently ordered kiddie cups with a mixture of chocolate and vanilla ice cream. This has always been accommodated without any issues until tonight. During our visit, an employee refused to prepare the ice cream as requested and proceeded to argue with us about our order. Rather than respectfully explaining whether there had been a change in store policy, the employee was argumentative and dismissive. To make matters worse, our order was prepared incorrectly. Despite ordering ice cream for two children, we were initially given only one serving. When we requested the second child's ice cream, the employee continued to dispute our request and insisted that we were not allowed to order the ice cream in the manner we had requested. I understand that businesses have policies and procedures, and I respect those policies when they are clearly and professionally communicated. However, after three years of receiving the same order without difficulty, I believe it was reasonable to ask why our usual request was suddenly being refused. What concerns me most is not simply the refusal to mix two flavors, but the employee's unprofessional attitude, the unnecessary argument, and the failure to prepare our order correctly. A simple explanation and courteous customer service could have prevented this entire situation. As a loyal customer and a parent, I expect to be treated with professionalism and respect, particularly when I am purchasing something as simple as ice cream for my children. I am requesting that Baskin-Robbins management: 1. Review this incident and address the employee's handling of the situation. 2. Clarify the company's policy regarding mixing chocolate and vanilla ice cream in kiddie cups. 3. Explain why this request was consistently accommodated for three years but suddenly refused. 4. Ensure employees receive appropriate customer service training to prevent similar incidents. How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.
Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family
After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?
To redeem this offer during your next visit to Baskin-Robbins, simply present the QR code you receive via email to be scanned at the time of purchase, or print the coupon and bring it with you during your visit.**

Yes. You can purchase standard gift cards in our shops and on the BR App, and custom gift cards online through our trusted third-party vendor, in any denomination between $2 and $100. Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
Where can I buy a Baskin-Robbins gift card?
You can purchase gift cards at a Baskin-Robbins shop near you. You can also purchase mobile gift cards in the BR App.
Can I buy Baskin-Robbins gift cards in bulk?
