  I’ve never been in this drive thro where it took less than 15 for a fry and mozzarella stick. Y’all need to retrain cause the employees after the WORST attitude

  I use to come here but didn’t like how the store was running. I started coming back to dine in two weeks ago only because I been greeted with the best customer service from the employees and the manager on shift today 09/10/26. I saw her working with the employees during rush hours.(Usually managers never found) I started back dining in only because of the manager. I was having a bad day and she kept me laughing from the time I ordered. I guess she knew my day was bad. She even brought my food to my table. I don’t know if they usually do this but I will continue coming to this store only!!! I love some Arby’s& I love this store. I see some bad comments but things has changed since my last experience 3months ago and I knew for sure she is new and take pride of her staff and her job. The food was great and fresh.

  Wow! I almost never throw away food, especially if I paid for it but today marked a new low! The sandwich was inedible and likely fresh out of the microwave! I guess there wasn’t enough room to put my fries in there too! The sweet tea was fine but I’ll never eat there again. This isn’t an Arby’s issue because the one off white pond makes a point to prepare you fresh food. Please do better or close the doors.
