  Definitely not my best experience. But the food was hot and fresh. They were completely out of Arby's Sauce and John had much attitude.

  We came inside and ordered to go. At this time, there were only 3 people working, and one was new still training. The only lady back there was busting her ass to make all this food and help the trainee with the register! She should be the manager if she's not! She held that place up and my review is only because of her service! It took awhile but our order was correct and we watched them work hard to make sure it was!

  We visited this Arby’s several times during our stay in the area. We are tourists from Europe, and overall our experience here was good. The food was always tasty, everything we ordered was fine, and on most of our visits the staff were friendly and there were no problems at all. Unfortunately, one particular visit left a very negative impression on us. We accidentally called one of the sandwiches a “burger” instead of a “sandwich.” As Europeans, we simply use slightly different words for some types of food and didn’t think this would be an issue. Instead of just correcting us or having a laugh about it, the manager became very unfriendly and actually scolded us for calling it a burger. For us, this was a very strange and uncomfortable experience. We were tourists in another country, speaking English as a foreign language, and obviously there can sometimes be small misunderstandings or differences in terminology. We certainly didn’t mean anything disrespectful by using the word “burger.” Being treated like that over such a small and harmless mistake was something we really didn’t expect. We have honestly never experienced anything similar back home in Europe. That said, I don’t think it would be fair to judge the entire restaurant based on this one incident. On all our other visits, everything was perfectly fine. The food was good, the other employees were nice, and we generally enjoyed eating here. So overall, 3 stars from us. ⭐⭐⭐ The food and most of the staff deserve a positive rating, but unfortunately the experience with the manager prevents us from giving more.
