  With the cost of food going up you would expect the employees to make sure everything is made right, not burnt, not missing anything and to give somewhat of good service. We as customers don’t get paid to make sure everything on the receipt is in the bag. It’s bad when the managers act less professional than their own staff.

  Female manager and female staff at this restaurant are RUDE. Refused to give my fiance my mobile orders, snatched the bag back and kept asking for my name, didn't give me my sauces and refused to give him my drinks. Kept questioning him about who he was picking up for, raised her voice at him and talked down to him. I called the store to figure out what was going on and spoke to a really nice male worker. He was polite and apologized for everything that was happening. He should have the manager title. The female manager snatched the phone from him and got a nasty attitude with me and hung up on me. I guess skin color matters there and we aren't the right color for her. No pickles or sauces were put on any of the BBQ sandwiches and the bun was black. I need my money back.

  Online order went to pick up. Was asked three times what was the name, watched two people leave one came in after me watched two cars in drive thru come an go. 20 minutes later I received my order after being told 8 min when I got there. Missing sauces for sandwiche an cheese sticks but wasn't going back to wait another 20 for that. Also the place was empty. Not busy at all.
