Got my first 7 brew today!!! The line was long, but it was 1000% worth it. All of the employees were so polite and made the experience amazing. I also got a Nedoh for the promotion. Definitely recommend the Garners Ferry location!! Will definitely return to this location.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the 7 Brew on Garners Ferry. I was waiting in line for their DOH promotion, and customers were originally told that walk-up orders were not allowed. However, I noticed several people walking up and being allowed to place orders. When I asked about it, Kailey informed me that those individuals were employees, so it was okay for them to walk up and order. I found that extremely unfair to the paying customers who were following the instructions and patiently waiting in a very long line. If the policy was no walk-ups, it should have been applied consistently. What made the experience even worse was Kailey’s attitude. She was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout the interaction. When I asked to speak with a manager regarding the situation, her response was, “Have fun with that.” That comment was completely unnecessary and incredibly unprofessional, especially when I was simply trying to address a legitimate customer-service concern. I understand that promotions can be busy and stressful for employees, but that does not excuse treating customers disrespectfully or making them feel as though their concerns do not matter. Customers who are following the rules and spending their money deserve fairness, consistency, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, based on this experience and the way the situation was handled, I would not recommend the 7 Brew Garners Ferry location.
