  Doordashed a coffee with specific instructions saying very light ice since I work retail and I don't like a watered down drink and really cold things hurt my teeth. I get my coffee and it's half ice. I paid $14 for a medium coffee but got a small and they didn't even include a straw. Nothing but issues everytime I order here. Took almost 20 minutes for them to even confirm my order. I waited 35 minutes for essentially half a coffee.

  Sat in line from 1:50 pm to 2:20 pm. There’s two lines our line sat and sat the other line was moving quickly. We asked the lady what took so long and she stated shift change. Very unacceptable

  Came twice to get lemonade. How are you an establishment that mainly sells coffee but you are out lemonade? Then I had to wait in line to get out of the line. If yiu are out if something, you need to let patrons know so we don't waste 10-15 minutes. I see availability isn't very important to you!

  I recently started going to 7 Brew after being a loyal Dunkin’ girly for yearsss ..and I can honestly say I think I’ve officially found my new favorite coffee spot! 😂 The coffee is amazing, but what really stood out to me today was Milo. I actually had to ask her name because her energy was just THAT noticeable. She was so incredibly sweet, kind, welcoming, and genuinely engaging with everyone who came through. You can tell when someone is genuinely a good person, and Milo has that kind of aura that you don’t forget. She made my experience so much better, and I really hope her manager sees this because employees like her are exactly what makes people want to keep coming back ❤️

  It's fast and good but not cheap. However you can't have all 3 if you want something good and fast you can't have it for cheap.
