  Lady on duty refused to speak to me and constantly mumbled when i asked questions. She took forever with orders and even when i asked she didnt get me the pastries right away abd spoke to another gentleman after I came in even though I was there first. She was very inconsiderate to her c ustomers and I even saw she got orders wrong. I have had much better customer servuce here in the past so I was very disappointed with this treatment. They also made the hot chocolate SCALDING hot and it burnt my tounge when my usual orders from this place arent that hot it felt like she was deliberately going out of her way to be rude to me and other customers

  I wanted so much to love this place. Great location and one of the few spots who has the capability of providing a quick bite for courthouse traffic. It's such a pain tromping down Main just to get coffee and a sandwich when it would be SO easy to do a. Quick grab and go across the street. But I digress. Unfortunately I was disappointed. Bad grease smell. It permeated everything - even my sport coat while waiting. The place needs a thorough cleaning. Tables sticky. Floor sticky. The glass display case was gross. I ordered some club sandwiches, a few chicken Cesar wraps and a few Italian sandwiches. She told me it would be 25 min. I asked if she was sure since they were all cold sandwiches. She said they were all served hot. 30 min later they were in fact cold sandwiches. Food is decent. Which is good. But until they clean that front of house, I'd think twice. It's a shame too because this spot could be SO awesome. Give me a rock star quick coffee bar with some fresh and good grab and go options and I would be sold (assuming it was clean). Even the menus were dirty

  Delicious sandwhiches and great portions. We had leftovers!! Staff was friendly. We will definitely come back.

  A nice place for lunch. The sandwiches are great. I didn't try the coffee but the barista's menu was intriguing. I had the Russian sandwich which was turkey, bacon, and cheese with dressing on a really good, fresh hoagie roll. My only complaint was the prices, but it is in prime, downtown retail space so I'm sure they just have to charge more to cover the rent. Next time I'm downtown in Columbia at lunch time, I would definitely go back.

  Teriyaki sauce on the cauliflower was very salty. Tots were great, great service too. Might have just been today, seemed a little heavy with gnats and flies.
