  Honestly, you guys made the wrong move staying open later. At this point, this location probably should be closing earlier… if not for good. I can’t think of a single time in the last two years that my order hasn’t had something wrong, and it honestly feels like it’s getting worse. The staff always seems completely overwhelmed, like making tacos and bagging chicken nuggets is a full-blown crisis. I don’t know if this is a corporate issue, a hiring issue, or a training issue, but whatever is happening just isn’t working at this location. And what happened to the chips? Why do they feel like someone cut up cardboard boxes and threw them in a bag with nacho cheese? Taco Bell used to feel like a fun treat, and now it feels like I’m spending $60 to be disappointed. At this point, the Cowboys winning a Super Bowl has better odds than this Taco Bell getting my order right. Except for that sweet older lady at the register. She hooked me up with a drink, and I’ll never turn my back on her.

  Visited last night. Horribly slow service, and they were out of chicken tenders. This kfc has been going down fast! The only redeemable quality is its customer service. I had a boy named Matthew. Very sweet boy and was helpful and actually acted like he cared about his job, very rare these days! He also hand wrote a thank you note and smile on my receipt, which I have not gotten at other restaurants and made it a better. They need to get it together with their food however I came for a quick meal! Not a 20 minute wait!!

  Every time I walk into the restaurant there is never anyone at the counter. I normally pickup DoorDash they always take forever to prepare the food. I get if you’re short staffed but dang

  Good food, but the service is always a bit slow. Even when noone else is waiting.
