I don’t care if you’re busy, cutting corners by filling up 90% of the cup with ice and then slapping the rest together isn’t cute. I get busy at my job too, that doesn’t mean I give half the effort. - SMShynese MillerJun 20, 20261.0Went to pickup online order that said it was ready for pickup while I’m standing there waiting on my order to be prepared they already took my name, meanwhile customers are coming in the restaurant ordering and there orders are being made and handed out ok I still stand there and wait about 20 minutes the lady that was bagging my order called my order out twice to let them know that I was waiting. Everybody was working but 2 employees where standing there in front of customers and me while I’m still waiting they where at the front and standing there on there cell phones at this point this was so in professional so I asked was a manager on duty and they all just looked at me like what’s the problem still not getting me a manger I proceeded to tell them I’ve been waiting on my order 20 minutes now and she called it out twice already and you got extra employees standing around on there phones. The girl said well that’s not there station your food is made at the other station oh well excuse me what happened to team work of somebody else is drowning then help them out. Needless to say I will not be back and yes I ended up calling corporate.
