  Tried to order 12 dozen donuts via phone. No answer. Called 6 times in one day. Never again will I use this store.

  I am a Dunkin girlie at heart but I’d NEVER give this Dunkin my money! Wouldn’t even use my points for a free donut here. We came and ordered 6 donuts and two drinks. My family (who had never had donut from Dunkin) ate their donuts and washed them down with their drink. When I bit into mine it was extremely hard and dry. I asked my family how was theirs and they agreed that it was dry so they used their drink to wash it down. I drove back from Charlotte to Lake Wylie for a refund after calling multiple times with no answer. Just to get here and find out from Gavin (the nice team member) that the manager was not in. He had to text and call just to get me a refund on 2/6 donuts because the other two were regretfully eaten. I thought Dunkin prided themselves on customer service and fresh food. I guess not every chain. Please go elsewhere if you want a manager who values their customers and fresh donuts!

  Donuts were hard as rocks. Coffee wasn't good. Staff needs to smile and be kinder to customers.

  This Dunkin is either a hit or a miss. Maybe two people in the staff are nice, but the rest of them always have an attitude no matter how much kindness or grace you give them. Today especially has been a frustrating day for me, and I decided to go to dunkin as a pick me up. When I ordered, I ordered at the kiosk. A lady came in after me and had her entire order completed before they got to mine. I had to remind them that I ordered one singular donut with my order, and said thank you afterwards. Then, I overhear the staff say "did you get her donut?" Followed by the one I spoke to saying "oh well." And made me wait. I had to stand up at the counter to be taken care of for a singular donut that I could've gotten myself if I really wanted to. This isnt the first instance ive had of the staff being rude. This is just the final tipping point. Its truly not that hard to be kind to people. I dont care how bad of a day youre having or how much you hate your job, if someone is kind to you I would expect you to give it back. Do better. Be kind. Its not that hard. Especially when I didnt make it a problem that I had to wait, or that other people got taken care of before me. I ordered a drink, a sandwich, and one donut.
