  Worse experience I've had with any pizza place ever in my life. My wife order a stuffed crust and a pan pizza while waiting in the drive thru 20mins they got her order wrong and then took the pizzas and started to make a stuffedcrust and have the other pizza sitting getting cold. So she told them right away that she didn't want her pizza sitting for 20mins getting cold and then have a 10min drive home. So she went into the store with my 4 year old daughter and remember they have a drive thru the whole reason even going there in the first place so she didn't have to use unload the baby but anyways then they take her pizzas and want her to wait another 20mins by this time she's upset and doesn't even want the pizza because the guy was being disrespectful after she complained so she had to get the manager and explain for another 10mins what happened just to get her money refunded to her card and he wouldn't even comp her ticket or the least try and make it right and just give her the food that's gonna go in the trash but instead nothing so now my account is waiting for my refund to be returned. I called the manger and just from talking to him for 2mins after he laughed and hung up on me sounded like he couldn't manage the inside of a cracker jack box. So unprofessional I will never go back there again

  We went in tonight and the place was packed and busy. All the staff were super nice and very efficient with everyone’s order.
