I have never had a "hot" order from this place. Even when I set it to faster delivery I still get crappy food. Bo-tot rounds taste like the oil for the fryers haven't been changed in weeks. I even got an order one time that was cold that I wasn't about to eat because of possible food hold issues. Corporate needs to do something about how this location is run, and Door Dash needs a way to select different locations like Uber eats dose

And their dirt rice is always so flavorful and moist. Been going to this location for over 5 years and have never met a bad or unhelpful staff member.
