  Managers and employees are arguing and using profanity as I type this. The staff is very unprofessional

  Man, I wanted a good chicken sandwich for lunch. I get 30 min for my break. There were no other customers. The staff was super nice, but that chicken sandwich had no meat, and was so tough. I also had to wait for 5 min around the corner for hot fries, which wasn’t a huge issue, but the fries had no flavor at all. It was like there was no salt on them. Just grease and potato. I will not be selecting Arbys again for my lunch. Much better options for chicken sandwiches in the area. And it was over $17 dollars.

  Lady in drive thru messes up my order every time I go through. She seems overwhelmed. Would not recommend this Arby’s. Or at least when she is in the drive through window. 4/10/26 ordered a Greek gyro meal and 2 for 7 fish and she completely forgot the 2 fish sandwiches. I was the only car in drive thru too. I get its fast food but what’s that hard about listening to people. Stop talking over the people when they are trying to order and act like you can read they’re mind because you obviously can’t.

  Nice people I got everything I asked for, napkins straws sauces. Drink in stock ice cream machine working. They even double checked to make sure my sandwich was correct (I said no ranch) and I appreciate that.
