  Been here a few times recently and this Taco Bell has been solid every time. The workers are quick and nice, the food is good, and I like that they actually tell you which Baja Blast is the Zero Sugar one instead of making you guess. The Diablo nuggets are HOT and the nacho fries were seasoned really well too. Just a good Taco Bell.

  can only pick up 2 orders in drive through at a time, no where is this policy listed and after giving numerous names of friends we are picking up just to split money in a college town then still denied us picking up all orders. lazy,

  Disappointing, almost entirely inedible meal for $60. Manager Josh and staff seem to be un-trained, especially on customer service. Would rate 0 if possible.

  Just got off the phone with manager “Josh”- if that’s even his real name, and an unknown employee. Both were extremely rude, especially considering 90% of our order was inedible. Pictured below are the tacos they tried to convince me were wet from “condensation”. Not only have we been coming to this Taco Bell for months, we have had our food messed up from condensation before, which is typically the bottom of the shell being broken. However, over half of each taco was sopping wet, unable to keep shape, and completely mushy to the touch. When I contacted Taco Bell about the order, all I wanted to do was explain what happened so they could correct it for their future customers. The girl that answered the phone was super rude, condescending, and ultimately hung up on me after saying I would not allow her to speak- when she very much did speak to me, saying “it’s soggy from being hot.” with a background in the food service industry and multiple orders from this location, I know there was something wrong with the way they prepared my food. When she ultimately hung up on me, my girlfriend called back and asked to speak the manager, Josh. Josh answered the phone with an attitude, told my girlfriend she was unprofessional(ironic, I know), and never once took accountability or apologized. This is unacceptable as a restaurant manager, employee, and establishment.
