  Rated 1 star but in all honesty, I've had good experience in this restaurant... reason for my 1 star review is because I want to get a public response for the following. My friend, a Vietnam veteran and a career police officer who is now walking with a cane and a diehard patriot, walked into this restaurant wearing a M.A.G.A. hat and was instructed to removed it or leave. I am a diehard patriot, raised here in America since the age of 10yr old... I am looking to get a explanation from both sides, as i well aware that every story has 2 sides and I would never exclude one explanation. My goal, as a 15 yr patriot of Mr. Erwin's establishments is to get an explanation or a honest denial this took place. I honor and respect your reply and hope that that rating will change based on your honest interpretation of your policy. Thank you in advance. God bless America

  First of all, I would like to thank the wonderful staff @ Rick Erwin 's for a memorable and best night ever 60th birthday celebration!! The hostesses @ the front were Fabolous, my waiter Aiden went above and beyond!! The GM also came by our table and checked on us!! The food was delicious!! Thank you Rick Erwin 's, and we will be back!!!

  We recently moved to the area and have dined at Rick Erwin’s Clemson several times. It’s become our favorite restaurant in the area. The food is always outstanding, as is the service.

  Looking for a place to go for special occasion, well this is the place! Service was excellent! The manager came and introduced himself and asked if he could get us anything. Eric and his team are top notch! Food was delicious, and the steak was cooked perfectly. Wait time between appetizer and main course was perfect! 1000% recommend and will be back very soon!

  Was not impressed for all the hype, especially for a Monday night. The restaurant was not full, which was concerning… Being a foodie from NYC, there is no question we are spoiled, but this was not up to par. Unfortunately, there was a table of 25+ gentlemen at the table next to us, which clearly bogged down the kitchen. Our food, especially our apps, took almost 45-50 mins to come out. On top of that, I asked the waiter multiple times to make sure the pork chop would be juicy and not overcooked. They assured me it was one of their best items on the menu. It came out hard as a brick. The salads were way overdressed and clearly sent out in a rush. They also forgot soup spoons and other tableware, after taking our app plates, in preparation for our entrees, which took another hour to reach our table. Asking multiple times for forks and knives seemed difficult, even for the bus boys. Will not be returning or recommending.
