  I came here one time and told them I was allergic to bread I have celiac so I just want the burger with NO bun but everything else on it and it took about 20 min to get my food and when I finally did it had a bun so I went back up there and told them again my food can’t even be touching the bead in allergic I just want the patties and the condiments. So I wait another 20 min and finally get my burger made right and I take a bite out of it… it was completely raw and so after probably an hour of being there and can’t even get one burger when I complained again they tried to give me an apple pie to make up for my burger being raw they tried to give me an apple pie and I just told her what am i supposed to do with an apple pie if I’m allergic to bread. Then the next day my boyfriend was throwing up all day from food poisoning from this McDonalds. I really wish corporate gave at least a tiny bit of care on the world for their customers to either shut this place down or idk maybe just up and fire everyone and start over or start some here’s how to treat your customers and cook a burger because I’m tired of everytime I come to this place I wait forever for my food they try to over charge me, they don’t understand why I can’t “just have bread” and I can’t get even decent food here

  They tried to charge me 27 dollars for 3 burger patties. so I asked them how much a double quarter pounder just the paddy they said 1.66$ I said ok I will take 3 with onions, ketchup, mustard and cheese I get to the window they tried to charge me 27$ I said hey this is wrong they said well it way easier for the kitchen that way. They changed it I had no ketchup, no cheese, no mustered and no onions bad service I called up there and ask for the manger she said “who’s asking” very unprofessional sloppy I asked to talk to the manager again and she said I’m not giving out information like that and this is not the first time they have messed my order up.

  Employees were out back by drive thru complaining of being over worked and not having a break for their whole shift, got to the window and was met with a high school kid so lazy she refused to go get change and gave me .95 cents back in nickels. I am by no means an entitled customer and worked food service in Clemson for a lon time but when your whole job is customer service and you can’t even do that right it’s ridiculous. I spoke with the manager who proclaimed herself to be murtice and was met with a reply something to the effect of “oh that’s just her personality.” A disrespectful personality should not be accepted in any job format and I will not be returning to this McDonald’s any time soon. I spent almost $50 and was met with lazy customer service and apparently lazy management that refused to control their shift/employees. This was beyond the worst experience I have ever had at any McDonald’s. I hope somebody high sees this and does something about said disrespectful lazy employees because over the last year this McDonald’s has went to shit in my opinion. I have almost never once been to this McDonald’s in the last year and been satisfied with my order or the customer service.

  Drive through is rude. Especially at night. After a long day at work just wnatwd to grab something to go. Never again. I'm so sick of rude, mean-spirited service workers. This place used to be friendly, I will never, NEVER order here again. There's no smile, no love, no human experience, nothing. Just a bunch of overworked, jaded, robotic and apathetic employees just like the food. Quality, price and service .... this brand has just gone downhill and it's just not worth it anymore, especially at this location.

  What’s the point of ordering online when ill still have to waste most of my break waiting for it still? I ordered at 10:25 and got there at 10:35 and still didn’t get my food until 10:45. I literally ordered ahead so i would have it ready when i got there but waited just as long as if i had ordered inside. I would get it if you were busy but 3 cars doesn’t count as busy ffs. You either need a new crew or you need to treat them right so they actually care about what they’re doing.
