- MDMichelle DavisJul 2, 20265.0We went for the first time today. The young gentleman who took our order was very polite and informative. Lots of teas and coffees both hot and iced. We went through the drive thru so I can't respond to any questions about the atmosphere.
- MVMichelle VJul 2, 20261.0Let me start by saying I lived out west for 10 years and loved Dutch Bros. This location...it's missing everything that makes Dutch Bros what it is. We finally had a chance to pop in, and it was dirty - there was trash all over the floor, and the countertops were gross. The staff was more interested in taking shots of the products and singing to the music than they were about making my drink, which they forgot about entirely until I went up to the counter to ask about it. No one even apologized that they missed my drink. They certainly were not friendly like the western chains are. We won't be back to this location.

I want to clarify that it wasn’t busy, they were just being slow. I also saw multiple workers not working. They were chilling out in the room in the back. Also, I want to add that the music was VERY LOUD. I had to speak up to order. Some of the workers were talking the whole time while making the drinks. I genuinely don’t know how they made them so slow.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
