    So.. have to brag on this employee. We had a two hour drive home and we’re desperate for caffeine. Came in right before closing. Instead of turning us away. He was patient, and all smiles. Not to mention both drinks were perfect. Appreciate so much the great service. Thank you to whoever this was.

    Ridiculously slowwwww….if you wait for the drive up. If you see a line, I would suggest avoiding…and possibly avoid this location completely.

    Update 09/13/26: I decided to give Dutch Bros another chance and had a much better experience today. I placed an app order and went to the drive thru this time instead of walking inside. Though they were busy, the line was moving quickly, and I received my order in less than half the time it had taken during my previous visit. The drinks were outstanding and the service was top-notch. ——— Original review: I placed an app order and was given an estimated pickup time of 3:58pm. I did not receive my order until 4:44pm, after waiting inside for approximately 45 minutes. Several other customers who had ordered on the app were dealing with the same problem. Meanwhile, customers ordering at the counter and in the drive thru were receiving their orders in a timely manner. I don’t know if this was due to some type of staffing problem, or if app users are considered less of a priority than drive thru customers, or what, but there is no reason I should have had to wait 45+ minutes to receive my order after arriving at the store. Five or ten minutes is one thing, but 45 is ridiculous. At least the drinks were good.
