    The order was wrong, cold, and took forever while we were in line I see peoples food is ready as ours just sitting there whether coffee watering down, or croissants that are stale, its one girl who just wants to talk to costumers inside then do her job knowing there was a whole loop of cars outside, and again the order was wrong as well so no good from the cooks either, management should get fired and responsible and then maybe dunkin could care about their business before shutting down from this mess

    This Dunkin’ is consistently poor. But this time in particular I sat in the drive through line (with only 4 cars in it) for 40 minutes. Once I finally received the food and coffee there was no sorry for the wait, just shoved the food in the car window and turned away. All of the food was prepared and had been sitting on the shelf for the entire 40 minutes. If you are going to hand me a watered down coffee and cold food at least apologize and try not to be rude.

    Took way too long. 20 minutes. AND got our order wrong. Iced coffee does not taste good. Also, not enough coffee in our iced coffees.

    I walk in because the Drive-through line is too long and at the road, Then there is a sign that says please use the kiosk no exceptions at the register, I go to the kiosk and they are not working so I go back up to the register and nobody talk to me. They just stare at me and continue to walk by, And then while I’m waiting to be helped, the girl has a sign written on a piece of printer paper with sharpie marker that says mobile order is only sorry. It still doesn’t talk to me and walked by me while I’m waiting at the register. Absolutely atrocious customer service at least acknowledge your guests. I just walked out. I didn’t even get anything because of how rude they were. My Dunkin back home would absolutely never be this rude.
