I’ve been coming to this Bojangles for almost 10 years and it’s never been this bad. I will not come back to this location again
- GGGaston GarciaOct 3, 20261.0Avoid ordering inside at all costs. We arrived at 11:32 AM, and it took 25 minutes just to place our order. We didn’t receive our food until 12:25 PM—nearly an hour later (53 minutes) for a 12-piece Supreme Tailgate. The staff completely neglected the lobby to prioritize the drive-thru. They openly paused taking walk-in orders because they couldn't keep up, while cars outside were flying through. To make matters worse, while lobby customers were stranded waiting 45+ minutes, the crew was loudly cheering and celebrating hitting a "$2,000 hour"—clearly fueled by prioritizing drive-thru speed at the expense of everyone standing right in front of them. The fulfillment order made zero sense. A customer who ordered 20 minutes after me walked out with a 20-piece meal before multiple people who had been waiting long before him. On top of that, we had previously attempted to order via Uber Eats, and the restaurant canceled our order twice. After waiting 53 minutes for fast food, they still managed to leave out the biscuits and all the sauces. Disorganized, dismissive of paying dine-in guests, and completely careless with order accuracy.

It seemed like my order was an inconvenience to them even though I was very nice and understanding. The order was wrong and after multiple attempts still wrong. The next day I had an explosive episode on the toilet as well! Very disappointed and will not be back!

For example I asked to get a simple order of a number 2 bacon egg and cheese combo with bo rounds and a sweet tea. I am also a vet and asked for that discount. I go around give my VA ID and card to pay. They give me the food, which I should have checked but I didn't. Get to work to eat my breakfast and it was a sausage egg and cheese biscuit which I know isn't a big deal but for $8.49 I want what I paid for. Also they did not give the military discount even though they said they did. I called the store and they said I would have to come back in and rehash the whole story. I asked if they could do a refund over they phone and they give me an attitude and spoke to me like I was stupid so I just said never mind. I will do a credit card chargeback and let it hit their credit. I will have to start going to Hardee's from now on.
