  I really wish I could show a picture of my chicken sandwich. It should have been thrown in the garbage by the employee and redone. How they justify selling food like that is horrendous!

  We ordered a beef and cheddar sandwhich and it came to us raw. Husband tasted blood when he bit into it. He went in to get a replacement and they claimed it should be pink. He used to work for Arby’s so he knows that is not the case.

  We were traveling from Ohio and needed some lunch. The service was quick and fresh and the boss lady was on her game! She was kind not only to us but we could hear her interacting with her staff and she was so kind and kept them motivated during a lunch rush! Arby’s is my quick service and I was very pleased with our experience!

  Service is absolutely horrible I went through the drive through and asked if they had the fish sandwich box and the girl said no so I asked did they have the fish sandwich at all by itself and she got a bad attitude and said I said NO!!! So I drove around to the window asked to speak with the manager she refused to let me speak with the manger, lied and said she was the manager. I said if you’re the manager the way you handle your self is not manager material she said ok and tried to give excuses like she didn’t feel good. If you’re sick u shouldn’t be at work handling public ppl food to cause ppl to get sick. The was the talk olive skin girl with black hair looks like she has some color strips in it. They honestly need to get a new staff in there or just simply close it down because the food is already not good the menu prices don’t reflect what they tell u and then to deal with ppl attitudes is ridiculous … I won’t be back and i definitely will tell everyone I know not to go there AT ALL!!!!!!!
