Usually good spot and I love it ..but I recieved wrong food ..wrong drink and the worst attitude in drive thru ever ...they usually fix the mistake on food if I call back but lady in drive thru was so rude I wasnt sure I was going to get her or the nice gm lady) . Which is weird cause the gm is so nice ..wish her employees had half her class and professionalism

Food was good, just seemed to be lacking on proportion but general service was good. Kids meal, and three regular meals for about 40 bucks is typical these days with fast food

I knew it was gonna be bad, but I really wanted some fries and I took a chance. My food was cold, it took forever, the person who took my order was rude, and when I got to the window when they handed me my food they said I’m really getting sick of this shit. I guess talking about a coworker? Normally there’s people smoking in the back outside the dumpster so at least that wasn’t happening today. I’m not a business person, but they may just want to close this location altogether as it was awful. I really miss the good Arby’s fries and potato cakes, and this was awful.

Half of my order was dying on the counter because they forgot one of the sandwich’s. Clearly they are very under staffed and employees were very unhappy.

They should just go ahead and shut this place down and let a better place take it over. The general manager clearly doesn't give a rat's behind about running a decent operation. They'll move every seat in the place around 5:30 to 6:00 to mop it up there's nowhere to sit when you go in and then when they get done they just go ahead and lock up if it's 7:00 they lock the doors. And don't even get me started about the slow motion service that makes every other fast food restaurant within a hundred miles look good. There's literally pretty much never any sweet tea out. The drink machine is effectively never maintained. It's just pretty much isn't worth the aggravation.
