  This store is always very clean and nice looking but the staff are not too nice. Except one woman, I think maybe she worked in the deli. She made it a point to smile and say hello to my daughter and her friend. My daughter was really happy about her being so nice, so I seen her coming back up the isle and I said hello to her and have a good day, she said the same, and then she told my daughter and her friend how pretty they looked for the 4th of July. The reason I said all that is bc maybe the nice woman will see it. The rest of the store haven't been nice. I've got into an altercation with 2 employees there, one being a manager. They were very rude bc they had to do their job. The manager told me I was banned for going back in there. Whoopty do!! And the store hours say that they are supposed to close @ 11, but numerous times now they have been closing up at 10. The workers are normally standing outside talking, or smoking. When everybody tries to walk in they say "we're closed". And not in a nice way. They need to change the store hours since they keep on doing this, it makes everyone think they are still open, when they are not.

  Average grocery store. Be careful as they like to stop carrying certain items once you get hooked into buying them. Not as clean as it used to be. Surely miss when it was a Bi-Lo store

  Even though he was in the middle of a lot of mobile orders, Blake stopped what he was doing to help me! Super helpful, friendly type of attitude you only come across in the gorgeous Carolinas!!

  Store is nice and clean, but not all but most of the cashiers and associates are rude and never speak to you . So if my employees acted like they do they would get a lesson in customer service or find another place of employment. No more shopping there for me. Done with the crappy customer service.
