  Food is always hot and fresh, but the only concern I have is when you pull up to the drive through the employee cannot hear you at all. They need to upgrade their P. A system because it has started a lot of confusion for the customer and the employee. Other than that, I'll eat there are at least once a week.

  I go to sonic alot because it’s in a convenient spot for me. I’ve been about every day for the past two weeks. This location used to be great, but recently, they don’t give you any condiments even when you ask, and they don’t give you utensils for food when needed. I’m surprised I even get a bag with my food the way it’s been. I had to ask an employee yesterday for condiments and she said they were out but could get me a different condiment. I said that was fine and got something else. Then I realized I had no utensils. When I tried to stop her, she said “hold on one minute” and put her finger up like “wait”. So I did. For about 15 minutes. She walked past my car about 20 times and never again asked what I needed. Had to wait in the drive thru for about 10 minutes just for a fork. Lady in the drive through was very nice and apologetic even tho I didn’t complain about anything. Every time I go now, no condiments, no utensils, terrible service.

  every time i go here they are out of marinara and they won’t tell you they are out until you have already got your Mozzarella sticks. i wouldn’t have wasted my money on them if i knew they did not have marinara. it’s just so frustrating.
