Their general manager, Mallory, is an absolute gem! She provides phenomenal customer service and is perfect to be the manager at any restaurant in Charleston frankly. Went here with my boyfriend and a friend on a Friday night (actually easy to walk in and grab a seat on a weekend evening which was great!) and we all enjoyed Toasted Crust and would go back! The focaccia bread app is very tasty. The sauce they serve with it is great (marinara, balsamic and pesto). The pesto wings were good, but could use a paired sauce accompaniment. Not sure I’d get those again. We tried “Mallory’s pizza pie” (basically what the chef makes for Mallory/off menu) which was mushrooms, spinach, roasted red peppers and roasted garlic cloves (best part). It came without sauce which we didn’t realize. We all agreed we would’ve appreciated it with pizza/marinara sauce, but we all used the app sauce and it was very tasty. We didn’t order a pasta but they looked HUGE and worth trying. I think their bar cocktails could be improved. I didn’t get anything, but tried both drinks at the table (a manhattan and a strawberry mule) and they were too sweet / nothing to write home about. We also got a free pizza to go because I noticed a pepperoni pizza by the bar. Apparently, it was slightly burnt so they gave it to us to go which was so kind. We tried it later in the night and it was yum! Overall, I’d definitely give this place a try for yummy, toasted pizza and great service!

I’m giving a low score because of the disgusting restroom. The food was excellent and service was good. However I had to use the restroom while waiting for pizza and it was so disgusting that I couldn’t even eat. I ate one piece of pizza and took the rest to go. I advised my husband not to go to the bathroom. It was unisex. The smell and trash were so bad I couldn’t even use the restroom. Pee and what seemed to be fecal matter all over the toilet and walls. There was throw up around the left side of the toilet. The restaurant JUST opened so there was NO excuse for the unkept bathroom. I’m including a photo of the food because it was great. Just be aware that the bathrooms may not be clean. Also, there were homeless people at the door asking for money. They were friendly and not a problem, just informing.

Blake was a five star human. He wasn’t our server but took exceptional care of us. He brought us our pizza and offered to bring back any condiments that we might have needed. This should be standard practice, (if you’re going to run the food be prepared for the guest to have a couple requests) but is so often scoffed at or forgotten. Blake answered this flawlessly. Always smiling and sharing his positivity. Our beers were served in cold glasses (a huge plus) and our food was delicious. I definitely recommend stopping by for a bite and a cold beer. The pepperoni pizza is DELICIOUS!

Had such an incredible night at Toasted Crust with my four friends. The vibe was perfect from the moment we walked in, but what really made the experience unforgettable was Queen Bee behind the bar. She made us espresso martinis that were honestly next level. I’ve had a ton of espresso martinis in Orlando, and I’m not exaggerating when I say this was the best one I’ve ever had. Perfectly balanced, smooth, and just the right kick. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing. On top of that, Queen Bee was one of the nicest people we’ve met going out. Super welcoming, great energy, and she made the whole experience feel personal and fun. It’s rare to find someone who can elevate both the drinks and the atmosphere like that. If you’re thinking about going, do it. And definitely ask Queen Bee for an espresso martini you won’t regret it.

Don't order from this place. The food is horrible. The pizza dough was under cooked and tasted like public school pizza. Getting in touch with someone from the restaurant or a response is impossible service. It will be a week tomorrow and I've yet speak to someone regarding my order. There's no live person to take your order. When you call you will receive a text to place an order. Your order will be delivered by door dash or Uber eats. Honestly I think I was scammed out of $50. The location is Savannah Georgia. They're not registered with the BBB. Rightfully so, because they operate below standards.
