  The best brunch place around! We stopped by Toast for a late breakfast and were not disappointed, they sat us right away and service was great. My wife and daughter had French toast and I had the shrimp and grits. I also tried the Bloody Maria and it was so good I had to get a second one. The atmosphere was a great southern experience, you have to stop by if you’re in Charleston.

  I went to visit this location today after seeing such high reviews. The location was dirty and staff were extremely rude. My party was sat at a table before it had been cleaned, and when the waitress came to our table we were not greeted and just rudely rushed to order. I have medical issues that limit what I am able to eat, and asked about their ability to make simple plain foods such as a grilled cheese (which is offered on their kids menu) and I was told that I could not order that. Unfortunately due to their inflexibility I was unable to dine at this restaurant and had to leave due to how unaccompanied they were. Would never go back due to the lack of cleanliness and sheer rude attitude from the staff.

  Brought our Girl Scout troop for lunch. There was something for everyone. Grizzly took amazing care of us running drink refills constantly, moving umbrellas to get us shade and even spending time with our picky eater to find a selection for her. Would 100% recommend.

  We stopped in for breakfast, loved the place. the staff was friendly and service was very good. The food was upper level stuff. the loaded hash browns were enough for a meal in themselves. but the crab cake benny was outstanding. These were some of the best crab cakes we have had. If you are a carb freak, don't leave out the Big Biscuit.

  Not so good. Actually bad- undercooked French toast, egg breakfast was like frozen fried potatoes and a super dry biscuit. Not cozy atmosphere. The waitress was very nice. Follow-up: I actually went back after their response stated they would refund our bill. I spoke to the manager explaining I usually don't submit reviews; but it was so bad and every other restaurant had been so good I figured visitors should get an honest opinion. I gave her our creditcard info and said we still wanted to leave the tip but refund the food. Still have not heard back. Just because there is a line outside don't assume it's good. Don't waste your time, money, and appetite on a crappy meal- better off going to McD's.
