  This franchisee needs to get this location in check or corporate should shut it down. 530pm 5/18/26 not a single employee in the building..... saw a lone employee sleeping in car in parking lot in uniform with empty food bag around them. Guess they took their break 🤣 and abandoned the store 🤡

  not that i expect stellar service from a fast food place but the employee that gave my brother and mom their food was so incredibly rude. not only was the order wrong, but she didn’t hand us the 5 dollars left from our change, just the quarters. had the audacity to act like it was our fault. these ppl need to get a grip

  This is the absolute worst Taco Bell in the United States of America. They close whenever they feel like it very disorganized and this is the only one that I have problems with Charleston

  Holy hell. This is the worst taco bell experience I've had and horrible intro to the town of Charleston. It was pure racism. The staff there were so unfriendly. Not one person could help me after it took 20 minutes before I went up and asked where our order was. Yes everyone working there was black. The guy that ordered through the drive through was white and they asked him to come in... He said he had been waiting forever too. Yeah he was white too. They wouldn't come over and talk to me. Couldn't get me manager and were just the abidomy of the worst people I've encountered in this town so far. I would never come back here. I highly suggest you don't come here either. Is this really what Charleston is like? If so, this sucks.
